Haa haa of course he needs it! So evil to torturer the poor turtle, one thing to say no I will not get it, another to have it in arms reach and sit on him haaaa haaa. Well at least he can enjoy the smell, and if he is really desperate lick the air lol. So that said only one devilish prankster would put the extra effort to make such a alluring pot and would place it there ready and calling Donnie's name. (Probably said turtle is on the side line eating popcorn and enjoying the rolling drama haa haa.)
